Its known that Lake Argyle is “the jewel of the Kimberley” and you know what, there exactly right. As we said Goodbye to an memorable 2016, we started planning for 2017 and what adventures loveyourtravels will go on next. Euston in NSW, Australia is a quiet little town nestled on the Murray River. We had visited Euston before on our journeys back home from Mildura, however we had never experienced a stay at the Euston Riverfront Caravan Park.
Planning a road trip to the Red Centre of Oz can be an exciting part of your life, ticking off a visit to Uluru and Kata Juta (The Olgas) has to be on your bucket list of travelling Australia.
The Ayers Rock resort offers various forms of accommodation from a few hotels to a campground. We stayed 4 nights at Ayers Rock Campground on the Stay 4 Nights Pay for 3 Deal. To camp in the campground the cost we paid was $40 a night. As it was peak season the price was high. For the year round prices, you can click here to visit their website direct for further details. Our choice for a one night stay in Coober Pedy was no doubt Riba’s Underground Camping stay. Riba’s offered free hot showers, basic kitchen facilities and the experience of pitching your tent and sleeping underground. Continue reading
Located across the road of the Murray River is the lovely well maintained Berri Riverside Caravan Park in South Australia. We stayed here one night on our way to Ayres Rock in the Northern Territory. We payed $30 for an unpowered camping site, whilst at the time we thought the price was a bit steep, after reviewing all the facilities in the park the $30 a night is well worth it. Continue reading
For a trip to Kalgoorlie you have many caravan park options in the townships of both Kalgoorlie and Boulder to choose from. We chose Wikicamps to help us find the best and closest caravan park to us on our visit. We have found the WikiCamps app to be a great investment as it is a wealth of information in one single search. We definitely recommend the $7.99 purchase of this app.
We chose to stay at Boulder Discovery Park for 3 nights. Upon check in we were very impressed with the customer service there. The staff member gave us all options for camping sites which included the standard sites and ensuite sites. They provided options for things to do in Kalgoorlie/Boulder and provided maps to assist us. They were very helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure our stay was excellent. Continue reading
For a town of about 100 people, this small country town in the Wimmera of Victoria has now become a must stop tourist attraction due to the amazing Brim Silos. We must admit, whilst we have driven past Brim in the past it’s never been a spot we would consider camping or stopping.
Brim has risen to popularity in recent months due to the recent paintings by Guido Van Helten on unused grain silos. The Brim Silos stand at 30 metres tall and display 4 local people. 3 men and 1 woman. How Guido completed the paintings on these massive silos to absolute perfection is amazing, he is certainly a talented artist. Continue reading

Are you wanting to stay in a nice Caravan Park just out of Perth City? Still wanting to have ocean views and the beach front on your door step? Well we have the best spot for you, the Cee and See Caravan Park in Rockingham, Western Australia. Its approximately 40km south of the city but gives you everything you are after!
It is a difficult place to get hold of to book a stay, there is no direct website for the Caravan Park to confirm prices or facilities. We found its best to contact them direct in the mornings to book a stay. Hopefully our photos do justice as there was no other websites showing any pictures of the park. Continue reading
